Eliot is an Insight Associate whose curiosity about the connection between thought and behavior guides his approach to research. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with majors in Marketing and Supply Chain Management, and a Master of Science in Marketing Science — all from the University of Pittsburgh.
His interest in understanding the emotional and cognitive side of consumer decision-making began during his internship at GNC, where he analyzed customer insights and marketing performance data to help guide the strategy for a new product launch.
Outside of work, Eliot channels his competitive and creative sides through ultimate frisbee and game design. A former member of Pitt’s nationally ranked ultimate team, he now plays for a Pittsburgh club team — and when he’s not on the field, he’s often testing new ideas for a board game of his own creation.
